The hotel's location is great with easy access to restaurants and shopping areas. The room was clean and well-decorated with an amazing view. The bed was comfortable and there was fast wifi.

Located in an ideal spot, with quick access to Sandton city mall, two different restaurants, and other amenities. the furnishings and finishes in the room were exquisite, and we had plenty of space for our clothes and belongings. the service was impeccable, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was top-notch. We were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast, and the breathtaking view of the city was truly unforgettable.
The lighting in the room could have been brighter.

Nice decoration and comfortable bed. The room had a great view of the city and fast wifi. The location was also very convenient, close to many amenities.
My stay wasn't ideal. Housekeeping only came once and without notifying us.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed two facts offered by the hotel. the room was impeccably clean which made for a comfortable stay. the fast wifi was a plus. the hotel is also located in a prime area which was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions.
Checking in was a hassle as the receptionist was not very helpful.
